Shipping Policy
We have recently changed our shipping options due to increased costs associated with size exchanges.
Express Post Shipping - $15 for all orders
Regular Shipping - $10 for all orders
Here at eRunCoach we pride ourselves in our fast delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. We prefer to ship our products via Express Post with Australia Post, however we have recently added a regular shipping option within Australia.
Shipments leave our Sunshine Coast (Queensland) warehouse Monday-Friday (except public holidays). We try to ship products on the same or next day as your order is placed. If you do not receive an "Order Shipped" email within 5 days, please email us.
Delivery times will depend on your location. However generally speaking we find that delivery periods will vary between 1 to 5 working days (not including public holidays) from the day you receive the “Order Shipped” message with your tracking number.
Please check individual product descriptions for any specific shipping issues.
If we have run out of stock of your particular order, we will notify you within 72 hours with expected delivery times.
Shoes will NOT be sent in a box to reduce shipping costs. All shoe boxes will be donated to a local charity organisation or Child Care Centre. If you prefer to receive the shoe box with your order it will be an additional $10. Please choose the shoe box option in the product catalogue.
Signature on Delivery
Unfortunately postal theft in Australia is on the rise so we provide customers an opportunity to require a signature on delivery of their order. We recommend you add this additional service to your order for $5.
International Orders
We are now taking orders from New Zealand, please contact us with your postcode for shipping costs. Unfortunately we are unable to take international orders from other countries at this time.

Returns and Exchange
Unfortunately we are not able to pay for return shipping costs so we encourage you to contact us by email or phone on 0434 397 674 if you are unsure about sizing.
If you are exchanging an item it is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs back to us as well as provide a paid return satchel of your choice.
Some customers choose to purchase two sizes of a product and pay the postage cost to return a single item only. If you need help with sizing please contact Norbert on 0434 397 674.
All products that are unworn without any visible wear and tear can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. If your item does not meet these standards we will ship your package back to your address and not process your refund/exchange.
If a different size is required all items must be accompanied by the original packaging, labels and tags. We are unable to accept any items that have been damaged or used by the customer.
